Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site Youth Mentor role across multiple US campuses. You will lead life-skills workshops for K-8 students, motivate in 1:1 and small-group settings, and assess progress with Coachbot analytics to drive achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject (must have).
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students (classroom teaching, tutoring, athletic coaching, camp leadership, or youth program work).
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and feedback exchange.
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions pushing students to 100% weekly goals using Coachbot analytics.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment and re-coach until pass.
• Adapt workshop playbook and create new sessions to fit a kindergartener to an 8th grader.
• Be the authoritative yet approachable mentor who students trust.
