Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits.
• Tutoring or teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of instructional frameworks and methodologies a plus.
• Knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards for Math & ELA; optional, but a plus.
• Must have Gmail and be willing to use Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage K–8 scholars in math and literacy as part of small groups (1–4).
• Complete daily records including attendance and progress data.
• Prepare lessons digitally and use data to drive instruction while maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicate regularly with site leaders for optimal learning experiences.
• Participate in coaching, implement feedback, and pursue professional growth.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and prompt training completion.
