New Jersey Tutoring Corps Inc. is seeking tutors to deliver high-impact math and literacy support to K–8 students in Camden, NJ. You will work in small groups, prepare lessons, track progress, and collaborate with site leaders to maximize learning outcomes.

A minimum of 60 college credits is required; tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, with strong professionalism and reliability. The role includes on-site duties, background checks, and use of Google Workspace tools; a Gmail address is

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits.
• Tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards for Math & ELA is a plus.
• Background check and verification of eligibility to work in the United States required.
• Must have a Gmail address and experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
• Reliable transportation to travel to sites.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Engage K–8 scholars in math and literacy in small groups (1–4).
• Complete daily progress records, including attendance, digitally.
• Prepare lessons digitally and use data to drive instruction.
• Communicate regularly with site leaders to optimize learning experiences.
• Participate in coaching, implement feedback, and pursue professional growth.
