Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Master’s degree in Special Education preferred.
• Knowledge of Special Education laws and best practices.
• Ability to maintain a structured, positive, and inclusive environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with direct instruction in literacy, math, functional skills and social skills preferred.
