Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Contract Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support K-12 students in a school-based setting near Marblehead, MA. The role is onsite full-time, working with a dedicated team to help students reach their potential.

Ideal candidates hold a Massachusetts COTA license and have interest in school environments. Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $41.00 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts COTA license required.
• Experience or interest in K-12 school environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration with OT, educators, students, and families.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to student needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Support students in developing functional skills for classroom participation.
• Assist with implementing and tracking IEP goals.
• Document student progress and maintain records per school and district guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive learning environments.
