Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling.
• Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
• CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions and group therapy for psychological, emotional, or substance use issues.
• Active involvement in treatment planning and discharge/after-care planning.
• Provide family sessions when therapeutically necessary to support communication and involvement of relatives.
• Communicate with clients, families, and outside referral sources with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records for UR and care coordination.
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation as part of the inter-disciplinary team.
