Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist for a hybrid role spanning inpatient and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings. The clinician leads the IOP, conducts assessments, provides therapy, discharge planning, and care coordination for hospitalized patients.

Role requires Kentucky licensure and adherence to CMS and state regulations. The position emphasizes crisis intervention, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration, with on-call duties possible for crises.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related behavioral field from a school accredited by the CSWE.
• Current Kentucky licensure: Independent clinician (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPA), Provisionally licensed clinician (CSW, LPCA) or Addiction specialist (LCADC).
• Three years of experience required (experience including group facilitation).

Responsibilities

• Lead therapist for the IOP and provide clinical assessment, therapy, discharge planning, and care coordination for hospitalized patients.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services in inpatient and IOP settings.
• Adhere to Kentucky laws, facility policies, and CMS/regulatory requirements; may include on-call crisis consultation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
