Job summary

Riveon Mental Health and Recovery is seeking passionate counselors and social workers to provide office-based behavioral health services to clients. The Addiction Counselor handles screening, assessment, treatment planning, education, referral and documentation as part of a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment.

Full-time hours are provided with opportunities for professional growth and involvement in CQI activities.

Qualifications

• Three years of treatment or recovery experience required.
• Ohio LCDCII license required; LPC/LSW or higher is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work with a diverse client population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, effective services to clients on caseload.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling and adjunctive services as needed.
• Develop and review treatment plans and coordinate with referrals and support services.
