Qualifications

• Must have current licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC in CT.
• Master's Degree in a relevant field for CT licensure will be considered.
• Experience in counseling or related behavioral health services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients individually, with families, and in groups; provide intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with goals and steps.
• Manage case load, schedule appointments, monitor client progress.
• Refer or enroll clients to related programs and assist with eligibility/financial forms.
• Conduct intake and screenings; explain admissions procedures.
• Perform client assessments and gather history for eligibility.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports per policy.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and trainings.
• Cover front desk and monitor client flow.
