Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to carry moderate weight and lift up to 75 pounds; able to work in tight spaces.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage blood collection equipment and supplies including boxes, labels and canteen supplies; prepare blood collection kits.
• Take inventory and order supplies from the warehouse; fill order requisitions from mobile and fixed sites.
• Provide training and support to other staff as directed.
• Interact in a positive, proactive, customer-focused manner with internal and external customers.
• May drive blood collection vehicles to load/unload supplies and equipment as needed.
