Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced paralegal to support attorneys in all aspects of insurance coverage litigation. The ideal candidate has at least three years of legal experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves assisting with all phases of litigation, document preparation, discovery management, e-discovery workflows, and rigorous case coordination across state and federal courts

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a legal environment, preferably litigation or insurance coverage.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently with strong communication.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all stages of litigation from intake through appellate practice.
• Prepare, file legal documents in state and federal courts nationwide.
• Maintain professional communications with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel.
• Manage discovery: subpoenas, depositions, pleadings, and memoranda.
• Coordinate e-discovery workflows using Relativity and related QC tasks.
• Conduct factual research by reviewing public records and case materials.
• Organize and maintain matter files, calendars, and deadlines.
• Use Westlaw and other research tools to gather information.
