Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of injury adjusting experience.
• Knowledge of auto claims handling, contracts and state laws.
• Ability to obtain insurance adjuster licensing within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust non-attorney represented soft tissue injury and auto physical damage claims.
• Confirm coverage and determine coverage in line with policy provisions and regulations.
• Investigate accident details and determine liability.
• Evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, and resolve claims within authority.
• Maintain clear documentation of investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and resolutions.
• Provide guidance and clear expectations to members regarding the claims process.
