Job summary

FullBloom, via Catapult Learning, seeks a Student Support Coordinator to guide schools through the IEP process and coordinate services for students with special needs.

You will partner with principals, teachers, and families to plan, implement, and monitor IEPs, align with state standards, and drive targeted interventions.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), at least three years in special education, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in education or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of curriculum programs and state guidelines.
• Minimum three years experience as a Special Education teacher or similar role.
• Experience with evaluation processes.
• Leadership and teacher coaching experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to set priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Guide schools through the IEP process from referral to service implementation.
• Partner with principals, teachers, and families to support decisions and outcomes.
• Provide classroom support and model instruction.
• Develop relationships with families to drive student success.
• Collaborate with regional staff to support students.
• Use data, assessments, and analyses to identify students needing interventions.
• Lead training and provide support to teachers.
