Job summary

OPTI STAFFING GROUP in Seattle, WA is hiring for a Temp - Property Manager to oversee multiple apartment buildings in our affordable housing portfolio. The role focuses on leasing, income certifications, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and tenant relations under HUD Project-Based guidelines.

Candidates should have at least one year of affordable property management experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of affordable property management experience.
• Strong communication in standard business English.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to walk stairs, climb ladders, and use standard cleaning tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple apartment buildings in HUD Project-Based portfolio.
• Lease and conduct income certifications.
• Coordinate maintenance and rent collection.
• Foster positive tenant relationships and ensure community rules compliance.
• HUD COS training within the first year of employment for HUD portfolio.
