Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator in Dallas to promote safety culture, educate leaders, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. You will manage training, accident investigations, recordkeeping, and EMS procedures across the campus, supporting supervision and management.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to develop and implement safety processes.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and federal safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate safety programs.
• Develop and conduct safety training for all employees.
• Maintain OSHA records and reports; assist with investigations.
• Coordinate training schedules to ensure compliance.
• Oversee accident investigations and return-to-work programs.
• Monitor compliance with local, state, federal OSHA regulations.
