Responsibilities

Analyze incidents to improve plant safety and environmental performance.
Develop and deliver training on HSES topics for site employees.
Audit production units and labs for OSHA/EPA/state/local compliance.
Coordinate/lead incident analysis and risk assessments at the site.
Write and revise Plant Safety and Environmental Procedures.
Complete environmental reporting to meet external and internal requirements.
Lead water treatment certification/recertification training with regulatory bodies.
