Syngenta Group is seeking a dedicated HSE&S Advisor to partner with the site leadership team in Minnesota. You will ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations while advancing Syngenta policies and safety standards.

The role emphasizes program development, risk assessment and cross-functional collaboration on safety initiatives. The position requires a four-year degree with HSE auditing experience, OSHA/EPA knowledge, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree required.
• HSE job experience considered a plus.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations such as OSHA/EPA.
• Ability to interpret legislation as it applies to agri-business.
• Ability to conduct site HSE audits and risk analyses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site compliance with federal, state and local HSE regulations and Syngenta policies.
• Develop, implement and improve a comprehensive HSE program and related management systems.
• Coordinate and assess risks for projects impacting HSE.
• Act as primary liaison between NA HSE&S and Site(s).
• Lead site inspections and manage action plan closure.
• Provide HSE training for employees and contractors.
• Maintain site records, SAP entries, and data.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams and budgets.
