Job summary

Aspiranet is seeking a Housing Specialist in Redlands, CA to support Transition Age Youth by securing safe housing and coordinating leasing logistics. This full-time, non-exempt role requires strong organization, landlord relations, and compliance with housing regulations.

You will manage move-ins/outs, track leases, support rent payments, and educate participants on shared living expectations. Travel across San Bernardino County is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field or 2 years of relevant office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, secure, and maintain safe housing options for program participants.
• Develop relationships with landlords, property managers, and vendors.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out, leases, utilities, and inspections.
• Track vacancies and lease renewals to ensure occupancy.
• Assist with rent payments and housing financial tracking.
• Educate participants on apartment care and shared living.
• Manage maintenance requests and unit readiness.
• Maintain HIPAA/compliance documentation.
• Stay current on tenant rights and housing regulations.
• Participate in supervision and trainings.
