Aspiranet in Camarillo, CA is seeking a TAY Case Manager/Life Youth Coach to provide case management and supportive housing services for up to 12 young adults aged 18–25 participating in transitional housing programs. Our Transition Age Youth team delivers client-centered, trauma-informed services to empower youth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of experience working with children or transition age youth.
• Knowledge of the foster care system and ability to navigate related resources.
• Meets state employment conditions including background checks and clearances.

Responsabilidades

• Engage Youth and support team to develop and implement service plans.
• Provide weekly case contact and progress updates on program compliance and safety.
• Perform assessments and refer to appropriate services to address identified needs and safety concerns.
