Faith Hospice in the Grand Rapids area is seeking a Hospice CNA for Homecare, full-time days, 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday with a weekend rotation every 4-8 weeks. You’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting and support families during one of life’s most tender chapters.

As a CNA you’ll be a trusted companion, offering essential care, emotional support, and a steady presence that brings peace to patients and their loved ones.
