Emmanuel Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) for full‑time work in the Ottawa County and Lakeshore communities. The role covers Grand Rapids and surrounding areas where travel is required to deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes and facilities.

You will work 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays. The position includes hands‑on ADL care under RN supervision and collaboration with a supportive CNA team.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required in Michigan.
• Willingness to travel within the Lakeshore Ottawa County area.
• Reliable transportation to multiple sites is essential.

Responsibilities

• Float across homes and facilities within a 50‑mile radius of Grand Rapids, focusing on Ottawa County and Lakeshore.
• Work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with rotating weekends/holidays.
• Provide hands‑on personal care and activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Adapt quickly to various care settings while ensuring high quality support.
• Collaborate with a flexible CNA team to maintain continuity of care.
