Job summary

Atrinity Home Health, part of the UnitedHealth Group family, seeks a Speech Therapist to assess and treat speech and language disorders in home health settings. You will develop treatment plans, perform interventions, and monitor progress with a patient-centric approach.

Licensed in Speech Therapy, CPR certified, and able to travel to patient homes with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required. Competitive benefits and hourly pay range apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and plan of care.
• Evaluates functional level and assists in developing the therapy plan of care.
• Treats patients to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function.
• Observes and reports patient responses to treatment to the supervising nurse/physician.
• Instructs patient and family in speech therapy areas they can participate in.
