Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Home Health Speech Pathologist in Virginia for a part-time weekday position. You will assess and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in home-based settings, providing AAC support and aural rehab. A strong licensure and CCC-SLP are required, along with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) with accredited program.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, social, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC systems for deaf or hard of hearing.
• Other duties as assigned.
