Qualifications

• Must have at least six months of experience as a speech-language pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted license and CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Experience in home health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and providing therapy services tailored to individual patient needs.
• Participating in treatment planning and review.
• Administering diagnostic tests and interpreting results.
• Monitoring and reporting patient progress and condition changes.
• Providing patient and caregiver education on communication aids and strategies.
• Documenting care activities and participating in care coordination and discharge planning.
