Job summary

Mission Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide essential patient care in home health settings. The position requires a valid RN license and a minimum of one year of acute care experience. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and administer medications either independently or as prescribed by physicians.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Completes an initial assessment of the patient and family to determine home care needs.
• Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status changes.
• Regularly re-evaluates patients’ needs.
