Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment and training for patients to attain highest level of physical function.
• Test and screen patient’s physical strengths to aid physician evaluation and establish measurable objectives.
• Develop and implement a conditioning/rehabilitation program aligned with the Plan of Treatment.
• Adjust treatment as needed to maximize results.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to refine the therapy plan.
