Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for home health visits in the Fayetteville area, serving Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties. The role supports adults and seniors, with per visit, part‑time, full‑time, or per diem options.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of recent OT experience.
• Graduation from an OT program accredited by AMA/AOTA.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ functional status and ADL/IADL performance.
• Assess cognitive, psychological and motor aspects and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards and barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations clearly.
