Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a part-time or per diem role serving seniors in Northern Baltimore County, Maryland. The position delivers home health rehab and requires early mornings/evenings or weekend hours to support clients at home.

You will perform evaluations, develop individualized plans, educate families, document care, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality care in the home

Qualifications

• Must hold a Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
• Graduate from an OT program accredited by AMA/AOTA.
• Minimum of one year of recent OT work experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations of functional status including ADLs/IADLs.
• Develop and revise individualized intervention plans.
• Assess home environment for hazards and adaptations.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental modifications.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
