The candidate will perform evaluations, establish goals, and coordinate with families, physicians, and the care team. A CAPTE‑accredited OT program graduate with state licensure and CPR is required; home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a CAPTE‑accredited OT program.
• Current OT licensure in the state.
• CPR certification required or completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders; procure adaptive equipment.
• Set measurable goals and develop treatment plans for independence.
• Maintain clear communication with treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Ensure thorough documentation for accurate billing.
• Supervise OT aides in direct patient care as allowed by state act.
