Job summary

JourneyCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN field-based work in Dolton, IL and surrounding areas. You will manage a patient caseload, provide skilled OT services, and coordinate care to support recovery at home.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an occupational therapy program; eligible for licensure in IL.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate splints and train in adaptive devices to enhance independence.
