Angels Care Home Health in Oklahoma seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. The OT will assess patients, develop and revise plans of care, and document progress in medical records, ensuring high-quality home health services.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with the health team, applying infection control practices, and evaluating the patient’s occupational environment. CPR and Hepatitis screening are required; durable medical equipment knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
CPR certification and Hepatitis profile.
Knowledge of durable medical equipment.

Responsabilités

Perform clinical assessment and identify patient needs and plan of care.
Document, prepare, and complete a Plan of Care, progress notes, and other clinical record documentation on an ongoing basis.
Revise the Plan of Care based on evaluation and ongoing assessment.
Apply infection control and universal precautions in coordinating/performing patient care.
Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.
Use effective interpersonal relations and communication skills to coordinate with the team.
Assess physical, social, and cultural components of the patient’s occupational environment.
