Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home health services in Altus, OK. The OT will perform clinical assessments, develop and revise Plans of Care, and document progress notes under physician supervision.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• CPR certification and Hepatitis profile.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment and identify patient needs.
• Prepare and complete Plan of Care and progress notes.
• Revise the Plan of Care based on evaluation.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in patient care.
• Take assignments aligned with education and competence.
• Assess patient’s physical, social, and cultural environment.
