Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Oklahoma seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our patient‑focused clinical team. You will assess needs, develop and revise a Plan of Care, and document progress in the medical record.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• CPR certification and Hepatitis profile on file.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment and identify patient needs; develop and revise a Plan of Care.
• Document progress notes and other clinical records on an ongoing basis.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in patient care.
• Accept clinical assignments consistent with education and competence.
• Use effective interpersonal relations and communication to coordinate care with team.
• Assess physical, social, and cultural components of patient’s occupational environment.
