Amedisys is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver home health OT services in Gainesville, FL. You will work under a physician-approved plan of care, ensuring safety and thorough documentation while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state you will work.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program as required.
• Eligible to take or have completed NBCOT certification exam.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services per physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan of care addresses identified problems and documents rationale.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery and timely documentation.
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active in the case.
