Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking a Deployment Consultant in Lakewood, CO to lead software deployments, training, and ongoing support for life-saving TBCT solutions. You will collaborate with customers, sales, product management, and engineering to ensure successful implementations and scalable architecture.

The role requires strong SQL/Oracle, Windows Server, and networking skills, plus experience with virtualization and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience with SQL and/or Oracle databases.
• 3 years Windows Server administration (IIS, AD, DNS, DHCP) and certificate management.
• 5+ years LAN/WAN configuration and support (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing).
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) preferred.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow for issue tracking.
• Knowledge of client/server architecture and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in deploying TBCT software products to meet environment specifications.
• Scope implementation projects and estimate effort/time.
• Plan and manage implementation projects; track milestones and issues; provide status reports.
• Lead formal training sessions on TBCT software implementations.
• Provide technical assistance and sales support to TBCT sales team.
• Provide Level 1/Level 2 Oracle support for customers and internal resources.
• Liaise with staff at all levels of a client organization.
