Qualifications

• Two year technical degree required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a technical support or maintenance technician.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides service support to associates and customers.
• Delivers expert level training for global associates and customers.
• Escalates complex issues to Global groups for resolution.
• Maintains equipment used for training and trade shows.
• Logs calls and maintains documentation.
• Supports phone and regional field staff.
• Maintains tools and calibration for training classes.
