Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to support field service teams and customers worldwide. You will troubleshoot complex equipment issues, deliver hands-on training, and help improve service programs and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a technical background, strong communication, and a passion for teaching others while solving challenging problems.

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree required.
Minimum 2 years' experience in technical support or field service (preferred).
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills; able to train others.

Responsibilities

Provides service support to company associates and customers.
Delivers expert level training for global associates and customers.
Suggests input into design, development and delivery of service training programs.
Escalates challenging technical issues to Global groups for resolution.
Maintains equipment used for training and trade shows.
Reviews and provides feedback for service documentation (e.g., spare part instructions, PM procedures).
Handles direct phone support to customers and field staff in the region.
Logs information into call tracking systems.
Maintains training tools and ensures proper calibration.
