Job summary

Palms-Medical-Group in High Springs, FL is seeking a Healthcare Quality Data Analyst to transform clinical, operational and population health data into actionable insights that drive quality improvement and value-based care.

Based in High Springs at an established FQHC, you will develop dashboards, analyze utilization trends, monitor performance, manage EMR interfaces, validate calculations and support population health initiatives across multiple locations to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Public Health, Health Informatics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Nursing.
• NextGen experience preferred.
• Experience with population health programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CQI principles, practices, methods and tools.
• Ability to analyze QI data and identify trends and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality dashboards.
• Develop dashboards to support organization operations.
• Conduct population health analyses.
• Analyze utilization trends.
• Identify high-risk patient populations.
• Monitor quality measure performance.
• Manage interfaces with EMR and data sources.
