Job summary

This role offers opportunities to influence patient-centered design on multiple projects, collaborate with healthcare leaders, and mentor junior designers while advancing knowledge in LEAN and evidence-based design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Architectural registration/licensure preferred.
• EDAC and/or ACHA accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop healthcare planning and programming concepts with clients and project teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design phases.
• Analyze space utilization to meet operational and patient care needs.
• Develop unit layouts and medical equipment workflow considerations.
• Prepare master planning and pre-design studies with internal and external teams.
• Mentor design team members and contribute to marketing and business development.
