ISG in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Medical Planner to join our Healthcare Business Unit. You will partner with physicians, healthcare leaders, and project teams to develop planning and programming solutions for patient-centered environments.

As an ISG Employee Owner, you will influence healthcare projects, apply planning expertise, and collaborate with design professionals to deliver Innovative solutions and exceptional client outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
• Architectural licensure preferred or registered.
• EDAC/ACHA accreditation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare project or medical planning experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, MS Office, and Power BI.

Mansioni

• Develop healthcare planning concepts and communicate with clients and teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across project phases.
• Apply healthcare planning knowledge to improve quality and outcomes.
• Analyze space utilization to meet operational and space needs.
• Partner with clinicians to align on space solutions for patient care.
• Create unit and room layouts considering medical workflows.
• Coordinate master planning through design development with stakeholders.
