Job summary

LifeLink Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Performance Improvement Specialist to advance organ and tissue donation outcomes across Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, and beyond.

You will support the Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) by coordinating systematic improvement efforts under the Director OPO Quality Systems, using data-driven methods to drive reliability and patient outcomes. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, develop project charters, monitor progress with run charts and PDSA cycles, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare.
• 2–4 years of performance improvement experience in healthcare.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or must obtain within first year of hire.
• Strong data analysis and use of performance improvement methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of PI initiatives with OPO leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams on multiple improvement projects.
• Develop project charters, plans, and data-driven documents.
• Create reports with run charts, A3s, and PDSA documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in PIC meetings.
