The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of helpdesk experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with Windows environments, VoIP, and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or high school with technical training; CIS courses preferred.
• 1–2 years troubleshooting hardware/software or application support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to train staff.
• Experience with Windows OS and PC technology; VOIP experience a plus.
• Healthcare environment experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level diagnosis and troubleshooting to end-users; document incidents.
• Support remote end users using tools like SCCM and LogMeIn.
• Deliver application support for deployed software; investigate issues and data discrepancies.
• Monitor progress of requests and keep users informed; escalate when needed.
• Provide desktop and VM support; image and deploy Windows 10 and core apps.
• Use JIRA for ticket tracking; update knowledge base with SOPs.
• Manage email clients (Outlook), mobile email, browsers, and EHR access.
