Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst/Technician in Anaheim, CA, to deliver first-line application and technical support for clinical staff and other business units. The role requires diagnosing issues, supporting Windows/Office applications, and maintaining user service levels in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Requires 1–2 years of troubleshooting experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: A diploma or high school education with technical training.
Computer Information Systems coursework preferred.
1–2 years of troubleshooting hardware/software or application support experience.
Strong customer service background required.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems preferred.
Experience in healthcare environment highly desired.

Responsibilities

Perform first level diagnosis and troubleshooting for end-users. Escalate complex incidents as needed.
Provide support to remote end users using remote tools (SCCM, LogMeIn).
Support deployed software and investigate application issues and data discrepancies.
Monitor progress of support requests and keep users informed.
Provide desktop and VM support; image and manage Windows 10 and Office applications.
