Qualifications

• Experience in application development or software engineering.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and develop solutions.
• Experience building and maintaining software applications, integrations, reporting solutions, or data projects.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance software applications, system integrations, reporting solutions, and custom data projects to meet organizational and business requirements.
• Conduct complex analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of designated IT software applications to support system reliability and performance.
• Identify application issues, evaluate potential impacts, and recommend solutions and improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to understand requirements and develop solutions to healthcare IT challenges.
• Design, develop, test, and implement application enhancements supporting operational efficiency and organizational goals.
• Support integration of applications and data systems to improve information exchange and reporting accuracy.
• Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project managers to ensure quality standards and timelines.
• Participate in project planning, solution design, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Maintain technical documentation related to applications, integrations, reporting solutions, and development projects.
• Collaborate with IT teammates and organizational stakeholders to promote reliability and continuous improvement.
