Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in environmental services, hospitality, or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, infection prevention, and safety standards.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, and sanitize patient areas and common spaces per standards.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• May perform laundry duties and deliver linens.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols (OSHA/CMS/TJC).
• Assist in setting up rooms and reporting maintenance needs.
• Document work and participate in training and meetings.
