The position offers a hybrid work option after a 90-day probation, with a focus on teamwork and trauma-informed care in a community mental health setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• File scanned documents accurately into electronic health records (EHR).
• Assist with closing, archiving, and shredding client records in compliance with agency procedures.
• Route and respond to information requests appropriately and securely.
• Assist in preparation and review of records for audits, file reviews, and site surveys.
• Support a trauma-informed care environment through collaboration and professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned
