Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Previous medical records or other relevant healthcare experience.
• Point Click Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Point Click Care system.
• Ensure active and inactive electronic health records accurately reflect resident conditions from admission through discharge.
• Ensure compliance of Point Click Care electronic health records.
• Protect Point Click Care electronic records from breaches of confidentiality, unauthorized use, theft, and damage.
