Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in business/office administration or accounting-related experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process charitable contributions daily and acknowledge gifts.
• Resolve declined gifts and prepare adjustments.
• Deposit checks and cash and reconcile with accounting.
• Coordinate employer matching gift programs.
• Maintain accurate gift and biographical records.
• Ensure PCI compliance and data security in gift processing.
• Prepare gift receipts and year-end statements.
