Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a Gastroenterology practice with offices in Limerick and Phoenixville, PA. The APP will work 36 clinical hours weekly and participate in the on-call rotation after orientation.

The team currently includes 4 physicians and 2 APPs, using the Epic EMR system across UPHS. The ideal candidate holds PA or NP licensure in Pennsylvania, an MSN/DNP or PA master's degree, current Family or Adult-Gerontology NP (or NCCPA)

Qualifications

• Licensure to practice professional nursing or a Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania.
• MSN, DNP, or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current certification as Family or Adult-Gerontology NP, or NCCPA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 2 years of APP experience, preferably in GI, Hepatology or related subspecialty.

Responsibilities

• Work 36 clinical hours weekly and participate in the practice’s on-call rotation after orientation.
• Provide ambulatory GI patient care in Penn Medicine’s gastroenterology clinics in Limerick and Phoenixville, PA.
