Job summary

Gastro Health in Olympia, Washington is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established gastroenterology practice. You will work with a collaborative team of 11 gastroenterologists and 9 APPs, with 4-day workweeks and 10-hour shifts to balance patient care and life outside work.

The APP will manage outpatient GI patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with physicians in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Washington.
• National certification as an NP or PA with prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient GI patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow APPs in a highly collaborative practice environment.
• Handle 14-16 patient encounters per day with outpatient consults and follow-up care.
